If you add the wrong document to a job card, or if a document is no longer needed, you can remove it quickly from the job.
Steps
Go to the job by selecting Workshop > Service Reception.
Open the Documents tab.
Single-click the document you want to remove.
Press Delete.
The document will be removed from the job card.

Keeping job cards accurate ensures that technicians, service advisors, and managers always have the correct information. Removing incorrect or unnecessary documents helps avoid confusion and keeps your records clear.
