What the integration offers
ProAct
ProAct engages with lost sales enquiries. JudgeService contacts prospects where no sale was made. The goal is to learn why the sale failed and, more importantly, re-engage with prospects who are still in the market.
React
React is a CSI and review platform. Navigator sends handover data to JudgeService. Customers are then contacted for CSI scoring and public reviews. CSI results can be linked to your website. Reviews support credibility and build trust with new prospects.
Aftersales React
Aftersales React collects satisfaction ratings from service customers. Results feed into Navigator for reporting and analysis. Poor feedback can trigger re-engagement actions to retain customers and solve issues early.
