If you are trying to cancel a host deal and the message display is stating "Part Exchange is closed". Example below:
Carry out the following checks:
Check it is in the same branch and not been transferred
IE: the host is in Branch 3 and the P/X is in Branch 2
The P/X needs transferring back to the original branch
