Adding or Removing Factory Options for a Stock Record

To add or remove factory options for a vehicle:

1. Navigate to Vehicles > Vehicle Admin Toolkit.
2. Load the desired stock record. The system will automatically open the Details tab.
3. Click on the Update Specification button.
4. Select Add Options to open the list of available options.
5. Choose the options you want to add or remove, then click OK to save your changes.

Important Notes:

• If a purchase invoice has already been posted for the vehicle, it will be marked as Adopted.
• An Adopted status prevents any further modifications, including adding or removing factory options.
• To make changes, you must first un-adopt the vehicle, which will allow you to update the factory options.
