How to add a new Sales Category for Parts Customers

To add a Sales Category or amend to a trade customer you will need to do this against a customer record that needs setting as trade, retail etc.

Go into Marketing > View Customer Prospect > load up a customer then click Profiles and Parts/Retail Profiles.

Select the category drop down box, and use the + option to add a new sales category.

This will ensure any invoice raised against that customer will show in accounts with extra nominal analysis with the new sales category that has been added.
