When Email Statements is used this will email the statement (that can be printed via the details tab) to any account that has this ticked within the details tab and has an email address entered. Any that do not - it will print the statement.
When you are ready to run a statement run by pressing "statements" within the sales ledger
Selecting "Print all statements" it will not send an email, it will print off, if you are wanting to email, tick the "email statement" option, which will email them and print any that aren't set for email.
