How do I do a backdate parts stock list by franchise?

Navigator analyses its parts stock under one nominal code: *.10.60.80.

Where necessary, a breakdown of past dates is available, allowing you to split your parts stock value by franchise. This feature is particularly useful for dealership accountants when completing composite requirements.

To access this information, follow these steps:

Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Reports > Reconcile.

Choose a date using the calendar and select Report. The following screen will appear:

From here, double-click the nominal code for the branch you want to analyse. The parts stock information will then be displayed on the screen, ready for your analysis!
