Parts Stock List Report

This guide explains how to generate and use the Parts Stock List report in the Navigator system. The report provides a full list of parts currently held in stock and supports inventory management, sales forecasting, and purchasing decisions.


Step-by-Step Process

1. Accessing the Report:

  • Open the Parts Manager’s Toolkit.

  • Select Stock List from the available options.

2. Applying Filters (Optional):

  • You can filter the report by:

    • Last Sale Date

    • Last Purchase Date

  • Leaving these filters blank will report on all stocked items.

3. Generating the Report:

  • Click Report to generate the stock list.

4. Reviewing and Manipulating Data:

  • Use available features to:

    • Review parts in stock

    • Filter by specific criteria

    • Group data for easier analysis

5. Exporting and Printing:

  • Right-click anywhere in the report to open export options.

  • Export to CSV or Excel, or choose to print directly.
