How to Find Your Parts Stock Value

To locate your parts stock value, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Parts > Parts Manager’s Toolkit > Stock List.
2. Once there, press Report (leave the date fields blank).
3. Scroll to the right until you see the column labelled Total Parts Value. This is your current stock value.

You can also export this report to a spreadsheet by right-clicking on the report.

For Accounts:

This report is also used by your accounts department, and the value shown should match the nominal value in your accounts.

If the values do not match, a journal entry needs to be posted to reconcile the nominal value with the stock list report.
