How to switch off Daily Parts Stock check per Branch

This guide outlines how to turn off daily parts stock checks, on a Branch by Branch basis.

Firstly you will need to ensure you have access to Setup Module > Branch Setup, Access may be required by Management Permissions.

Step 1

First please ensure you are logged into the the branch you would like to change.

You will need to select Setup

Step 2.

Once the dropdown shows the sub categories you will need to select "Branch Setup"

At this point you may be prompted with a question "!!!WARNING - You are about t0 change the company no for this Branch, are you sure? Be sure to click "No"

Step 3.

You will need to select the Parts Tab, once here if you want to "Switch off the Daily Stock Check for this branch", you will need to Tick the box.

Once you have made the change you will need to click "Save and Close".
