The nominal entries within the above code are linked to technicians labour cost of sale.
It is setup on each technician as a cost per hour. The system accrues costs in relation to hours sold - ie if the cost of sale is £8 and you invoice 1 hr, the cost of sale accrued is £8.
The reference is the job number and the technician number so the system doesn't produce a batch number when viewing through nominal transaction.
