Screen Recording - User Guide

From time to time, we may request for you to do a recording to help better understand the enquiry being reported. 

There is no requirement to download any software. 

To access the screen recording, you will receive an email similar to the below: 

Select the link within the email and the following web browser will then open: 

You can select whether you would like to do the recording with or without sounds by select with audio or without audio.

Select Record to continue. The following will then display:

To record in Navigator select Entire Screen - if you have multiple screens then select the screen in which Navigator displays, and then click Share.

A countdown will then display as per below: 

Once the countdown has finished it will then start recording. Carry out the required actions and then only completion select Stop.

After selecting stop, you will then be able to review the recording and have the option of retaking the video by selecting Retry.

If happy with the video, you can add additional text and then select Submit

The video will then be sent to the helpdesk ticket for review.
