This guide explains the process for closing open enquiries in Sales 360 Tasks within Navigator. Please note that enquiries must be closed individually.
Steps to Close Open Enquiries
1. Access Sales 360 Tasks
- Navigate to Vehicles > Sales 360 > Task from the main menu.
2. Locate the Enquiry
- Review the list of tasks to find the open enquiry you want to close.
- Double-click on the enquiry to open it.
3. Close the Enquiry
- Once inside the enquiry, select the Close Log option.
- Confirm the action to close the enquiry.
4. Repeat for Additional Enquiries
- As enquiries must be closed individually, repeat the above steps for each open enquiry.
Key Notes
- Individual Closing: There is no bulk action for closing multiple enquiries; each must be managed one at a time.
- Thorough Review: Before closing, ensure all necessary actions or follow-ups for the enquiry have been completed.
- Record-Keeping: Closed enquiries will no longer appear in the open task list, but their details remain accessible for reference.
