How do I use the birdie recording software?

Helpdesk may request a video recording of a specific issue, this gives us the ability to gather all the relevant and correct information/steps and procedures being followed meaning we can better support you on your customer service journey. 


It also provides us with a replication video that can be used by the development team (if needed)


The main page will display as below.



Simply press RECORD 


And Allow (if this appears)


Select Entire Screen and single click the screen you want to record from


Once you have finished recording your session, press STOP and SUBMIT - this will email the video to the helpdesk for review.
