This error occurs when the system cannot locate an active vehicle matching the registration number in the customer record. Without an associated vehicle, the system is unable to process the invoice.
Steps to Resolve the Issue
1. Verify the Vehicle Exists in the Customer Record
- Navigate to Marketing > Customer Search
- Search for the customer linked to the workshop job
- Go to the Vehicle Tab to check if the vehicle is listed
2. If the Vehicle is Missing, Re-add It
- Click Add Vehicle within the customer record
- Enter the vehicle’s registration number
- Click the VRM button to automatically pull the vehicle details
- Save the record
