You can easily customise any of your Nominal Ledger reports, including the Trial Balance, by adding or modifying columns.
Here is the step-by-step process for adding a new column:

Navigate to Setup:
Go to Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Utilities > Setup.
Access Report Settings:
In the Setup section, click on the Ledger Reports tab.
Select Report:
From the report dropdown menu, select the report you wish to amend (e.g., Trial Balance).
Add Column:
Click the Add button.
Choose your desired new column from the available list that appears.
Finalise:
Confirm your selection and save the changes.
⚠️ Important Note: Ensure you do not add the same column twice (duplicate fields). Duplicating columns will cause the report to fail to generate correctly.
