Why Are Warranty Claims Showing with No Value?

The most common cause is that the job does not have a Make specified. Since the system relies on the make to calculate warranty rates, a missing make will result in a claim with no value.


To resolve this, ensure that all jobs are created with both a valid Make and Model specified.
