To give a staff member access to staff records, you need to assign them the Systems Maintenance privilege. Follow these steps:
Navigate to Setup:
- Go to Setup > Staff Records.
Load the Staff Record:
- Find and load the specific staff member’s record.
Enable Systems Maintenance:
- Under the General Manager section, check the box for Systems Maintenance.
By enabling this, the user will not only gain access to staff records but also additional system maintenance features, such as Forms Designer.
