Booking Retail Parts to Stock Records

Parts can be booked out to a sales vehicle through the retail system, similar to how they would be for the parts department. Follow these steps:

1. Access Retail System
   Navigate to Retail > E.P.O.S., then enter the part number in the Part No. field.
   Press Add and repeat this step for each part you need to book out.

2. Assign to Sales Vehicle
   Once all parts have been added, go to the Complete Sale section in the top-right corner.
   Select Sales Vehicle, and in the dialogue box that appears, enter the vehicle's stock number.
   Press Search, then OK to confirm.

3. Complete the Sale
   Finalise the transaction by completing the sale.

4. Assign Parts as a Cost to the Sales Vehicle
   After completing the sale, go into the sales vehicle record and assign the parts as costs by navigating to the PDI/Prep tab.
