I Have a Missing Invoice from a Job

If an invoice appears to be missing from a workshop job, this might be due to the job being invoiced, credited, and then invoiced again. In such cases, only the latest invoice will be displayed on the job record.


To confirm whether the invoice has been credited rather than missing, you can run an Invoice Report within the Service Manager's Toolkit. This report will display all invoices and credits associated with the job, allowing you to verify its full history.
