Difference between the service invoice report and the technician's report

The difference between the service invoice report and the technician's report are as followed:


The invoice report gives the calculations of all invoiced jobs looked at between a given period. The report lists the invoiced time as a whole against the first technician who clocked onto the job.


It also shows the profitability of each invoice for Parts, Subcontracts, Oil sales and Non-Labour.

The technician's report gives all details taken from the technicians “Clock Card” about each individual technicians over a selected period, with the items listed below:


Hours Taken, hours sold, labour profit, parts value, menu discount, labour recover, labour efficiency, attended hours, clocked on jobs hours, non-productive hours, utilisation and WIP adjustment
