If a technician isn't showing up on the technician report, it's likely due to a setup issue within the technician's record.
For the system to include a technician in the report, they must have a skill assigned to their record and also a shift (set this to a 1 in all instances). You can add or update this skill by navigating to Service Managers Toolkit > Update.
Ensuring that the technician's skill is properly recorded will allow them to be accurately reflected in the technician report.
