Technicians Report - What Each Column Means

  • Technician Number
    The unique identifier for the technician.

  • Technician Name
    The name of the technician.

  • Invoiced Date
    The date the job or service was invoiced.

  • Hours Taken
    Time taken by the technician to complete the work.

  • Hours Sold
    The time invoiced for the work done.

  • Labour Sold
    The total labour value invoiced.

  • Labour COS (Cost of Sales)
    The cost of labour, calculated as the time taken multiplied by the technician's hourly rate.

  • Labour Profit
    The labour sale value minus the cost of sales (COS).

  • Parts Value
    The total value of parts invoiced.

  • Menu Discount
    The total discount value applied.

  • Labour Recovery
    Labour sold divided by hours sold.

  • Labour Efficiency
    Hours sold divided by hours taken.

  • Attended Hours
    The difference between the technician's clock-in and clock-out times for the day.

  • Clocked on Jobs Hours
    The total hours clocked on productive jobs.

  • Non-Productive Hours
    The total hours clocked on non-productive jobs.

  • Utilisation %
    Calculated as (Time clocked on job / Time attended) x 100.

  • WIP Adjustment
    The net difference between time taken on invoices raised and hours worked on a previous day but not charged today.
