Workshop Reports Overview

Till Rec Report

The Till Rec report is designed to assist with daily cashing up procedures. It should be run at the end of each day and consists of two pages:

  • Page 1: Lists all jobs that have been invoiced and released.
  • Page 2: Lists jobs that have been invoiced but not released.

Clock Card Report

This report is useful for both payroll and composites, making it essential for the accounts department. It can be accessed via Workshop > Service Managers Toolkit > Clock Card Report.

The report provides:

  • An overview of all technicians' pay and bonuses for a selected period.
  • A detailed record of all time worked, including utilisation and absences.
  • If the summary box is ticked, it will total the selected period for each technician. Click here to see a description of each column.

Technicians Report

This report allows you to evaluate the performance of technicians and is accessible through Workshop > Service Managers Toolkit > Reports > Technician.

Technicians Time Analysis

This report offers a detailed analysis of technicians' clock-in times over a selected date range. Access this via Workshop > Service Managers Toolkit > Reports > Tech Time Analysis, select your date range, and press Report.

  • The report is broken down by technician, showing hours charged, retail prices of parts, and a breakdown of non-productive codes.

Invoice Report

You can find this report in Workshop > Service Parameters > Reports > Invoice Report.

  • It lists all invoices generated, with a full breakdown of the calculations.
  • The report includes all invoice types, such as internal invoices, and provides insights into profitability.

WIP Report (Work In Progress)

Access this report via Workshop > Service Managers Toolkit > Reports > WIP.

  • You can choose to exclude invoiced jobs, allowing you to view only current jobs.
  • A job will only display if it has parts or technician times booked against it.
