Dealer options (also referred to as accessories) include any additional items or services offered as part of a vehicle sale — such as paint protection, floor mats, dash cams, or extended warranties. These options are often configured with predefined prices, which may change over time due to supplier costs, promotions, or internal pricing decisions.
Keeping these prices up to date ensures accurate quoting, invoicing, and margin analysis on vehicle sales.
Where to Update Dealer Option Prices
Go to Vehicle Parameter Maintenance.
Navigate to the Accessories section.
Select the appropriate accessory category page where the option is listed.
Double-click the option you want to update.
Edit the cost and/or selling price fields as needed.
Save the changes by pressing Update.
The updated price will now apply to any new vehicles or sales deals where that option is selected.
Important Notes
Changes to accessory prices do not affect previously created sales orders — only future selections.
