This error occurs because the part was added without selecting the "Available for Sale" option.
To resolve this issue:
- Go to Parts > View/Update Records.
- Enter the part details and load the part.
- Navigate to the Details tab.
- Check the Available for Sale box.
- Press Save to apply the changes.
This will make the part available for sale.
