Service History tab in Point of Sale

You view service history from the Point of Sale screen when you need quick access to previous work completed on a vehicle while processing parts or workshop sales. This helps you confirm past services, check previous parts fitted, and make informed decisions during the current job.


Why This Matters

Access to service history during a parts sale supports accurate workshop work.

  • You confirm previous repairs and maintenance.

  • You identify recurring issues.

  • You recommend appropriate parts or follow-up work.

  • You reduce the risk of duplicate or incorrect parts being issued.


Prerequisite

The workshop job must be selected before the Service History tab becomes visible.


Steps

  1. Open Parts.

  2. Select Point of Sale.

  3. Press Job (Shift F4).

  4. Select the required Workshop Job.

  5. After selecting the job, the Service History tab appears.

  6. Select the Service History tab to review the vehicle's previous service records.


Result

The system displays the full service history for the vehicle linked to the selected workshop job.
