Navigator supports integration with most lead systems that use APIs. An API lets two systems exchange data in a structured and automated way. Your lead supplier sends data to Navigator. Navigator receives it and creates or updates lead records.
What APIs do
An API is a set of rules that lets one system send information to another. Your lead provider uses these rules to pass lead details into Navigator. This removes the need for you to enter the lead yourself.
When to use this
• You receive leads from external websites or marketplaces.
• You want those leads to appear in Navigator automatically.
• You want consistent lead data without retyping.
Examples
Navigator supports API key integrations for systems such as CarGuru and Autotrader.
