Why Does the SIV Differ Between the Stock Record and the Stock List?

Modified on Wed, 28 Aug at 1:16 PM

The SIV (Stock Invoice Value) on the stock record includes Margin VAT, which can cause it to differ from the SIV shown on the stock list.

This value, often referred to as the "Salesman's SIV," is designed to help salespeople quickly determine the minimum price at which they can sell the vehicle while still ensuring a profit.
