Adding or Removing Receipt Subsidies

To add or remove a receipt subsidy for a sales order, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Vehicle Administrator’s Toolkit

  • From the Navigator Main Menu, select Vehicles.
  • In the dropdown menu, choose Vehicle Administrator’s Toolkit.

Step 2: Search for the Stock Record

  • Search for the required stock record.
  • Once found, navigate to the Sales Status tab and click View Order.

Step 3: Add or Remove Receipt Subsidy

  • In the Sales Order view, select the Receipt Subsidy option.
  • To add a subsidy, enter the description and amount in the "Add Subsidy" field, then click Add.
  • To remove a subsidy, highlight the relevant line and click Remove.
