Updating or Amending Road Fund Licence (RFL) Prices

Over time, Road Fund Licence (RFL) prices may become outdated and need to be manually adjusted to reflect the current costs. This can be easily done by accessing the Vehicle Parameter Maintenance section of the Navigator system.

Step 1: Access the RFL Settings

• Navigate to the Vehicles Module and select Vehicle Parameter Maintenance.

Step 2: Access Permissions (If Needed)

• Note: If you do not have access to this module, you will need to contact an authorized person who manages staff records or a colleague who has the necessary permissions to update these settings.

Step 3: Select the RFL Icon

• Once in the Vehicle Parameter Maintenance screen, click on the RFL icon located at the top of the page to access the RFL pricing settings.

Step 4: Update the RFL Prices

• To update a specific RFL price, single-click on the line corresponding to the vehicle or category you wish to update.
• On the right-hand side, amend the price and any other necessary parameters.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

• Once you’ve made the required changes, click Save to update the system with the new RFL pricing.
