3 - Type (Sale = 10, Discount = 20, Cost of sale = 30)
4 - Nominal description (30 = Vehicle, 31 = Factory options, 32 = Dealer options)
Sale and Discount
When a vehicle has been sold but not closed the sale will be grouped into sale suspense (branch. department.70.97).
Once the deal is closed the system will clear sales suspense and put the sale/discount into the relevant nominal codes.
