The trial balance can be configured to give more or less break down within the trial balance depending on what the customer requires.
The trial balance can be configured in Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Utilities > Setup > Trial balance setup.
From here you can add Franchises and Makes into the Trial balance setup by selecting Add next to the relevant box. This will separate the analysis on your extended TB which is documented here: Extended Vehicle Analysis - How to add onto your extended TB
You can also map consignment stock nominals to clear them from your TB - this is documented here: How to remap nominal codes to contra 60.85 & 60.81 Vehicle consigned stock / suspense
Sales ledger and purchase ledger nominal categories can also be added, this will allow you to categorise the accounts on your extended TB. This is documented here: How do I add Nominal Categories to the Purchase and Sales Ledgers?
To save the changes select save in the bottom right hand corner. The system will then run a small rebuild of the nominal.
