Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns > Email Template.
Click Create New Template.
To build your template, simply double-click on the options in the field to insert them into your design.
To create a letter template, follow a similar process:
Navigate to the Letter Template section.
Click Create New Letter and build your letter template just like you did with the email template.
