How to Create Email and Letter Templates for Campaigns

  • This guide explains how to build reusable templates for your marketing campaigns using dynamic fields.

    Part 1: Creating an Email Template

    1. Navigate: Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Email Template.

    2. Start New Template: Click the Create New Template button.

    3. Build Your Design:

      • Enter your message text into the editor.

      • Personalise: To insert dynamic data (like customer name or vehicle details), double-click on the options available in the field list.

    4. Save: Once complete, save your new email template.

  • Part 2: Creating a Letter Template

    The process for letters is very similar, but uses a separate editor to ensure correct print formatting:

    1. Navigate: Go to Marketing > Campaigns > Letter Template.

    2. Start New Letter: Click the Create New Letter button.

    3. Build Your Content:

      • Build the content of your letter template, including headers and footers.

      • Personalise: Just like the email template, double-click the available fields to insert customer-specific information.

    4. Save: Save your letter template for use in print campaigns.
