How do you remove a vehicle but keep the customer record?

To remove a customer old vehicle from their customer record, but retain their customer profile you do the following: 

Go to Marketing > View Customer/Prospect - search for the required customer. 

Double click on the required customer, and if they have more than one vehicle record - double click the required vehicle that you are wanting to remove. 

The customer record will then display. 

Select the vehicle tab and next to the registration field select Update. The following screen will display:


Select > Remove and the vehicle will disappear

Select > Save & Close
