Locate the Customer Record:
- Navigate to
Marketing > View Customer/Prospect
. - Use the search function to find the required customer.
- Navigate to
Open the Customer Profile:
- Double-click the customer's name to open their profile.
- If the customer has multiple vehicles listed, double-click the specific vehicle you wish to remove.
Access the Vehicle Management Section:
- The customer record will display.
- Go to the Vehicle tab and locate the Registration field.
Update the Vehicle Record:
- Click Update next to the Registration field. This will open the vehicle management screen.
Remove the Vehicle:
- In the new screen that appears, select Remove to delete the vehicle from the customer's profile.
Save Changes:
- Click Save & Close to finalise the update. The vehicle will no longer be associated with the customer's profile, but their customer record will remain intact.
