To give a technician access to another branch within Navigator, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Staff Records
- Navigate to Setup from the main menu.
- Select Staff Records from the submenu.
Step 2: Load the Staff Member
- Enter the technician's staff number or use the dropdown menu to select their name.
- Click Load to open their staff record.
Step 3: Add Branch Access
- Go to the Privileges tab within the staff record.
- Click the Add Branch button.
- From the list, select the branch you want to grant access to.
- Click Add to confirm the selection.
Step 4: Save Changes
- Once the branch has been added, click Save to update the staff member's access permissions.
Additional Notes
- Ensure the technician has the appropriate privileges set for the newly added branch.
- Changes will take effect immediately, allowing the technician to access the designated branch.
