If a technician is unable to clock on, check the following:
Password Configuration:
- Ensure their password is numeric, as the technician clock system only supports numerical passwords (no letters).
- Someone with access to Setup > Staff Records can update the password if needed.
Branch Assignment:
- Verify that the technician is assigned to the correct branch.
- This can be checked and updated in Service Manager's Toolkit > Update.
Manual Clocking Settings:
- Check that the technician is not set up for manual clock-ins.
- Go to Setup > Staff Records > Privileges > Service, and ensure that "Manually Add Clock Times" is unticked.
