When invoicing a job why am I receiving error "Parts on Order"?

When invoicing a Workshop job and the system is producing an error "Parts on Order", please check the following items: -

- Check the parts tab. If there is a part on order is will show in the "Parts on Order" section. If the part is no longer required, you will need to request for the Parts Department to cancel the order.

- Check that a job line is not set to a status of "Awaiting Parts".

If you have checked all of the above, and everything is OK - please report it to the Support Team and an Operative will investigate.
