This guide shows you how you can track which customers have been contacted for their due Service or MOT.
The user will need access to the Marketing Module.
Step 1
You will need access to Marketing then in the Sub-category NewACM
Step 2
Select Reports from the Toolbar
Step 3
In the Main Report Tab, you will need to select the date range you require and click the report button. Once this has loaded it will show a breakdown of contacts in each of the marketing types: SMS, Email, Letters and Telephone.
In the example below you can see that the results brought in data for Email and Letters.
Step 4
Click the preferred contact you would like to review and double click, in the example I chose Email, this then loaded all of the contact with in the date range on the right hand side.
This shows multiple parameters on what the customers have been contacted for, this includes Service and MOT, this shows also the Staff Member and the customers details.
