Navigate to Marketing > New ACM > SMS Template Editor.
Choose the template type: MOT, Service, or MOT/Service.
Double-click on the available fields to insert them into your template. Once you've finished, click Save.
Remember, your SMS message can contain a maximum of 160 characters to be classed as 1 SMS message, any characters above that will be charged accordingly.
