This guide outlines the steps to change or update the Service Reminder Letter in Navigator.
Steps to Amend the Service Reminder Letter
Access the Marketing Module
- Navigate to the Marketing category on the main menu.
- Select New ACM from the sub-category options.
Open the Letter Template Editor
- Click on the Letter Template Editor option.
Select and Open the Template
- Choose the type of letter template you wish to amend from the list.
- Click on Open Letter to load the template.
Edit in Microsoft Word
- The selected template will automatically open in Microsoft Word.
- At the top of the Word document, click Enable Content to allow editing.
- Make the necessary changes to the letter template.
Important:
- Once you've completed your edits, click the "X" in the top-right corner of Word to close and save your changes.
Additional Notes
- Ensure that the changes are reviewed before saving to avoid formatting or content errors.
- If you encounter any issues with saving or editing the template, contact your system administrator for assistance.
