How to Amend SMS Appointment Reminder Times

By default, SMS appointment reminders are sent at 5pm the evening before the scheduled appointment. However, you have the flexibility to customise this time to better suit your needs.

How to Adjust SMS Reminder Times:

  1. Navigate to Workshop > Service Parameters > SMS/Email > SMS Appointment Reminder.
  2. Tick the option for Set SMS Time.
  3. Enter the hour you want the reminder to be sent. For example, entering 15 will schedule the reminder for 3pm.

This allows you to tailor the timing of appointment reminders to maximise customer engagement and ensure timely communication.
