How to amend the SMS appointment reminder times on workshop jobs

Navigator lets you set the hour when SMS reminders are sent. Each workshop uses a single reminder time, controlled in the service parameters.

When to use this
• You want reminders to go out earlier or later.
• You are adjusting workshop communication timings.
• You want reminders to match your customer contact pattern.

Steps

1. Go to Workshop.

2. Open Service Parameters.

3. Select Email/SMS.

4. Find the SMS reminder time setting.

5. Enter the hour you want using the 24-hour clock.
   • Example. Enter 17 for a 5pm reminder.

6. Tick Set SMS Time.

7. Select Save.

8. Select Close.

Result
Your workshop SMS appointment reminders will now go out at the updated time.
