To do this, go to Setup > Staff Records
Press "New" and fill in the name of the staff member.
From there, go to privileges, this is where you will configure access to the system, first set their password by pressing the "Change" button, then add a branch. Once done go onto the relevant tab and tick the areas you want them to have access to, on the below example we will be giving them access to accounts,
