How do I transfer a deal from new stock to used?

To do this you need to transfer the vehicles department.

Within the stock record click the "Dept" option next to the status of the vehicle. 

*please note that the deal cannot be invoiced, delivered or sold but the vehicle does need to be adopted.

From the drop down select "Demonstration Stock"

Untick the "VAT Qualifying" box if the deal is margin.

Then press "transfer"

The vehicle will now show as a used vehicle, repeat the above process to transfer it back to "showroom stock"
