Workshop have invoiced costs, but they aren't showing against the stock record

If workshop have invoiced sales jobs out but they haven't appeared to assign as a cost on the PDI/Prep tab, or do not show on the cost analysis, it may be that the jobs have been invoiced out to another invoice type for example internal.


To check this, go into Workshop > Service Reception > Job Search and search for the missing job, within the job ensure all request lines are set to Sales Dept (this is what signals the system to post these jobs to the stock record)


Note: if the job is invoice, you will first have to credit it back, then amend the request lines before invoicing out to the Sales Dept.
