If you need to generate a vehicle stock list across multiple branches, this can be done using either the Sales Managers Toolkit or the Vehicle Admin Toolkit. These reports help you track vehicle stock across locations, ensuring you have a consolidated view of available vehicles.
Method 1: Sales Managers Toolkit
Navigate to the Reports Section
- Go to Sales Managers Toolkit > Reports > Stock List
Enable Group Search
- Tick the Group Search box to include stock from multiple branches
Run the Report
- The report will now display stock from all selected branches
Method 2: Vehicle Admin Toolkit
Open the Stock List Report
- Go to Vehicle Admin Toolkit > Reports > Stock List
Select Multiple Branches
- Click Select
- Tick the branches you wish to include in the report
Generate the Report
- The system will display vehicles from the selected branches
