Running Vehicle Stock Lists For Closed Deals

Generating vehicle stock lists across multiple branches helps manage inventory efficiently and provides a comprehensive view of your stock status, including closed deals, across locations. You can generate these consolidated reports using either the Sales Managers Toolkit or the Vehicle Admin Toolkit.

Method 1: Sales Managers Toolkit

  1. Navigate to the Reports Section:

    • Go to Sales Managers Toolkit > Reports > Stock List.

  2. Include Closed Deals:

    • Tick the "Closed Deals" box. This ensures your report includes vehicles with deals that have been completed and closed.

  3. Run the Report:

    • Click "Run" to generate your report.

    • The resulting report will display vehicles from your selected branches, including those associated with closed deals.

Method 2: Vehicle Admin Toolkit

  1. Open the Stock List Report:

    • Go to Vehicle Admin Toolkit > Reports > Stock List.

  2. Select Multiple Branches:

    • Click "Select" to choose branches you wish to include.

    • Tick the relevant branches from the displayed list.

  3. Include Closed Deals:

    • Ensure the "Closed Deals" option is selected to include vehicles that have completed transactions.

  4. Generate the Report:

    • Click "Generate".

    • The report will now provide a consolidated view of vehicle stock, including vehicles with closed deals, from your chosen branches.
